When you make an enquiry, you may provide your name, email address, company or property location, service of interest and message. Please share only information needed for the enquiry.

How the enquiry form works

The form prepares an email in your own email app. Entering information does not send it to Refusal Limited. You must send the prepared email to complete your enquiry. Your email provider processes that message under its own privacy terms.

How we use enquiries

We use information you send to respond to you, discuss your requirements and prepare quotes. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We do not use the enquiry form to sign you up to marketing.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are handled through our email service. Information is retained only for as long as needed to manage the enquiry, any resulting work and applicable record-keeping obligations. Website hosting providers may process technical access logs.
